Company Driver
W–2. Guaranteed weekly pay. Not per-mile, not load-dependent - weekly. Your rate is based on your experience, and it goes up the longer you stay. No guessing. No short weeks because freight was slow.
What you earn
- • Guaranteed weekly pay based on experience tier - increases as you grow with us
- • OTR bonuses that stack: $300 at week 2, $400 at week 3, $1,000 at week 4
- • After 6 consecutive OTR weeks: +$350/week added to your guaranteed pay + 1 paid day off per week
- • Company-paid health insurance after 6 months - not deducted from your check
- • PTO accrues at 1 day per OTR week with no cap on total balance
- • Family leave program - expecting parents, sick family, loss. Company pays $120/day on top of what you save
- • Performance points system - clean inspections and on-time delivery earn priority equipment and tier acceleration
How it works
- • Team driving is the standard model. Solo placement is case-by-case.
- • You drive under company dispatch. We pick the routes and loads.
- • Every truck is furnished - carpet, appliances, refrigerator, mattress, bedding, Wi-Fi, and TV
- • Passengers allowed (up to 3, with approval). Pets allowed.
What we expect
Drug testing - pre-employment and random. Uniforms on duty. ELD/HOS compliance. Clean trucks. Professional conduct. Inspection discipline. Every day, no exceptions. This is a standards-first operation and that is not negotiable.
Small team by design
30 to 50 trucks total. That is the capacity and we hold it there on purpose. Openings are limited and fill quickly. If there is no immediate availability, you can opt into the waitlist during your application.
Terminal & driver support
- • Terminal housing available - studio and multi-room options at company terminals during home time
- • Meal prep scheduling - choose dietary preferences, list allergies, select quantity and duration
- • Terminal mailing address - OTR drivers without a physical address can use a company terminal to receive mail
