Equipment & Standards
Your truck is your office, your home, and your reputation. We treat it that way - and we expect you to do the same.
What you get
Every truck assigned to a driver comes furnished. We do not hand you a bare cab and wish you luck.
- • Carpet, cooking appliances, refrigerator
- • Mattress and bedding
- • Wi-Fi and television
- • Samsara 360° camera system with in-cab display
- • Essential equipment replaced or refreshed before assignment
How dispatch works
- • Company drivers operate on assigned dispatch.
- • We pick the routes and loads. You drive.
- • When service is due, dispatch routes the truck. Follow the instructions.
Cleanliness
Interior and exterior - clean at all times. Truck and trailer washed weekly. Inspection-ready is the standard, not the exception. This is not optional.
Maintenance
All maintenance issues reported immediately. Not tomorrow. Not at the next stop. Immediately. We have in-house maintenance for a reason - use it.
Camera systems
Every truck runs Samsara 360° cameras. They exist to protect you - in accidents, in disputes, in inspections, and in training. They are not surveillance. They are your proof. Tampering or disabling a camera is grounds for immediate termination.
Accountability
Failure to report a preventable maintenance issue may result in a 25% deduction from weekly pay for that load. Damages caused by negligence or failure to follow procedures may be the driver's financial responsibility. These are not arbitrary - they protect everyone on this fleet.
