Controlled Capacity
We operate 30 to 50 trucks by design, not because we cannot grow, but because quality degrades at scale when growth is the goal instead of service. Every truck in this fleet is accounted for, maintained, and driven by someone who earned the seat.
Driver Retention
High turnover is the root cause of service failures in trucking. Our drivers are W-2 employees with guaranteed pay, full benefits, and a reason to stay. When the same experienced driver handles your freight consistently, the difference is measurable.
Equipment You Can Count On
Late-model trucks, preventive maintenance schedules enforced by the system, and mandatory DVIRs before every trip. Breakdowns and delays caused by deferred maintenance are not part of our operation.
Compliance Is the Baseline
Full DOT compliance, FMCSA DQ file management, CDL and medical certificate tracking, and random drug testing. These are not things we do when audited. They run continuously.
