Training Program

Get Your Class A CDL

Most CDL programs hand you a license and throw you into a truck. This one builds you into a driver - paid from day one, structured in phases, with a company position waiting on the other side.

Phase 1 - Classroom Orientation (5–10 business days)

This is not PowerPoints. FMCSA compliance, ELD discipline, hours-of-service, safety culture, dispatch fundamentals - you learn why the rules exist, not just what they are.

Pay: $300/week
Provided: hotel accommodations and meals

Phase 2 - Over-the-Road Training (Months 1–3)

Three months on the road with a trainer. No home time during this phase - that is not a punishment, it is how real habits form. Safety and consistency are the only priorities.

Pay: $800/week
Provided: housing and meals during training

Phase 3 - Supervised Independent (Months 4–6)

You run loads with continued oversight. Home time becomes request-based. The focus is compliance habits, maturity, and proving you can hold the standard on your own.

Pay: $800/week
Home time scheduling handled through dispatch once assigned.

What comes after

After training, you transition to a full company driver position. Guaranteed weekly pay. Company-paid health insurance at 6 months. PTO. OTR bonuses. Family leave. The same deal as every driver on this fleet - because that is the entire point of this program.

Before you start

If approved and you do not currently hold a Class A CDL, you must obtain your Class A CDL permit before training begins. No exceptions.
