For CDL-A drivers ready to stop driving for someone else's dream.

Eligibility

How It Works

Step 1

Orientation & Business Formation5–10 Business Days

  • In-person orientation, 9 AM–5 PM daily (hotel + meals provided)
  • Form your LLC, obtain EIN, open a business bank account (with guided support)
  • Attend your truck purchase appointment with $500 cash down payment
  • This is a real purchase  - you are signing purchase contracts, not a lease
  • Title held by the company until payoff, then transfers to you
  • All payments reported to all 3 major credit bureaus

Step 2

6-Month Commitment PeriodUnder Company Authority

  • Operate as an independent contractor under company authority
  • You receive 100% of weekly gross revenue from dispatched loads
  • You pay a fixed program payment: $4,400/month or $1,100/week
  • Must comply with all safety, compliance, uniform, and drug testing requirements
  • Receive mentorship, operational support, and business training throughout
  • Access to all company shops, terminals, and maintenance infrastructure

Step 3

Business Review & Decision Point

At the end of 6 months, a formal business review meeting. You choose your path forward.

Assigned for the life of your purchase agreement. Payment schedule, insurance billing, account status, routing to the right department.

Assigned after the commitment period (1–3 businesses per manager). Business formation, hiring coordination, operational guidance, strategic planning, fleet expansion consultation.
